Property Access

  • The condo is located on the first floor; there are no stairs required to access the unit.
  • Direct beach access is available.

Policies and Rules

  • Guests must be 25 years or older to book and rent at Sandpiper Cove.
  • No smoking or pets are permitted inside the condo or on the balcony. Any violations will result in charges, automatic eviction, and forfeiture of refund.

Fees and Payments

  • To secure a boat dock space, please visit the Sandpiper Cove website and submit a request.
  • There is a fee for renting dock space.

Parking Information

  • Each condominium is allocated two parking spaces and two parking passes per unit. There is no assigned parking.
  • Trailers or boats cannot be parked inside Sandpiper Cove.
  • For trailer, boat, or jet ski parking arrangements, contact facilities in the Destin, FL area.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • The condo includes: fully stocked kitchen, spices, cooking spray, aluminum foil, Ziploc bags, paper towels (at least one roll), dishwasher pods, dish soap, luxury towels and linens, hair dryer, toilet paper (at least one roll per bathroom), beach towels, laundry pods, golf clubs and balls, pickleball paddles and balls.
  • Bathroom essentials provided: lotion, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels, hand towels, and washcloths.
  • Access to community amenities: 3-par pitch and putt golf course, 8 pickleball courts, five swimming pools, hot tubs, marina, two onsite restaurants, bocce ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts.
